By air: A domestic flight from Kathmandu to Lamidanda airport takes about 35–40 minutes, followed by a road transfer or a short hike to the temple. Lamidanda flights are not daily and schedules shift with weather, so we only recommend this option when dates are flexible. By helicopter: A chartered helicopter is the fastest way in and back, with a round trip of roughly 2–3 hours from Kathmandu.
